CAR TRANSPORT FAQ’S

Is my vehicle insured?
Yes, Your vehicle is covered by our car carriers insurance (ie fire, theft and collision overturning) whilst in transit. Before transit, a complete survey will be carried out on your vehicle*

Personal contents?
Items left in the vehicle are not covered by our car carriers insurance. We do allow contents to be placed in the boot area of the vehicle to a maximum of 50kg. Whilst all care shall be taken, the risk is burdened by the owner. All personal items are carried at owners risk. We do not recommend placing any items such as electronics or fragile material in the vehicle. Due to “Dangerous Goods Act” no aerosols, gas cylinders or flammable liquids may be left in the vehicle.

How much notice do we require?
The more notice (2 or more weeks) that is given ensures that your vehicle is picked up and delivered at a time that suits your needs and requirements. Should you need the vehicle moved in a hurry, speak to one of our consultants and they will do their utmost to help you out.

Visa, Mastercard, and Direct Deposit.

Provide us with as many contact numbers for both end of transportation as possible eg. Home, Mobile, Work.
